Junior Heart Express is another TEW13 Dynasty I'm gonna do, that revolves around JHE and I'm gonna do a NWA sorta thing where there is JHE in every Country/Area in the game, I'll be controlling JHE: Japan and the AI (COM) will be controlling the rest of the Promotions. Let's see how good this will go or if it will fail.
